So, I started a ‘diet’ with my boyfriend for about three weeks before Christmas holidays. Nothing major, just no binging, no rubbish. And I am already losing weight. My normal eating habits are enough for me to actually lose weight. And I eat _a lot_.
Depending on how well this goes and how much weight I will gain during Christmas (giving myself a free pass for about three weeks what it comes to food. Also, unfortunately I will be unable to go the gym during that time) I will start a bulking up period in January.
